Topography: The general topography of the
town indicates a gentle fall from south to north and west to east.

Climate and Rainfall:- Climate of the town on the whole is temperate
and from March to June is generally hot.
The Town receives maximum rain fall from South-East monsoon and the
annual rain fall is 1000mm. April to June are the hottest months, December to
January. Temperature start rising towards the end of February.

general lithology of the
